| Sachin Dhamija is a Corporate Trainer providing in-depth specialized trainings on hard skills and soft skills. He is an Engineering Graduate from “School of Aviation Science & Technology” located at Safdarjung Airport, Delhi. He started his career as a technical trainer and soon realized a need for specialized training (Soft Skills and Behavioral trainings) supplementing his technical trainings and hence forayed into Soft Skills training specialization. Mr. Dhamija worked hand to hand with various departments of leading Companies with a desire to feel and understand the practical problems faced by employee and employer and developed, recommended and successfully implemented Management Solutions. This made him different from other and also gave him a great boost in his career and hence now offers various Consultancy services and highly specialized trainings to honest learners. |

| His recent projects were: |
- Developing exclusive courseware for leading security providing companies.
- Developing course content for Retail Management Training
- Imparting practical training to “on-floor executives and Managers” of Aditya Birla Retail Limited in selling skills. CRM trends and SOP in retail domain.

| Mr. Dhamija went a step further by developing proprietary course material for each session keeping in view the student’s profile and level. He is on panel of various B Schools and international universities to impart trainings related to Management subjects. |

| Present Assignment in Hand: |
- Imparting specialized lectures to passing out candidates of various B-Schools highlighting the corporate sector work culture and requirements.
- Independently planned, formulated and stared dedicated placement cells in various B-Schools and successfully placed 1027 candidates in various companies with highest salary package of 7 lac per annum and minimum being 1.2 lac per annum.
- Preparing a detailed courseware on Security services in Retail Operations for a leading publishing house in New Delhi.
